a leading technology company integrating R&D, production, sales and service of high-speed testing and packaging equipment for
semiconductor chip components.
Our company owns registered trademarks, fully self-developed IP rights, 16 patents, and leading technology in packaging and testing
equipment with some technical parameters exceeding international advanced level. We are awarded as China’s National Science and
Technology Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Private Science And Technology Enterprise, Suzhou Industrial Park
Leading Science and Technology Enterprise in 2020, and China’s National High-tech Enterprise in 2021. We operate nationwide and set
up our offices in South and Southwest China.

Our company provides ODM/OEM services of SMD components packaging, and one-stop procurement services for primary and
secondary materials and spare parts for the process. We work closely with customers on production process optimization,
